GetHelix began with a simple observation: the safest part of a medication round was often the least reliable to prove. Paper MAR charts get smudged, PRN sheets go missing, and count books rarely reconcile. We built one place where the dose, the reason, the count and the signature all live together.

Where we are today
GetHelix supports UK adult social care providers running supported living services and care homes. The platform covers MAR and PRN charting, medication counts and controlled-drug checks, barcode intake from pharmacy deliveries, topical and wound records, incident logging and CQC-ready evidence packs — online or offline on a tablet.
